"I started at State Street as an intern in the Fund Accounting department, as I was interested in mutual funds valuation and wanted to expand my knowledge in this area. I gained knowledge and hands-on experience through my day-to-day job, as well as a number of trainings. I decided to continue my career at State Street. I was offered a lot of opportunities to develop and improve my technical and soft skills through interesting and challenging job cases, internal and external projects, participating in working groups and attending promotional events outside of the Company. Now I am a Senior Associate in one of the Fund Accounting teams. I am responsible for managing daily work of my 12 direct reports, cooperating with other departments and participating in different projects across the Company."
