Job id : DB9D5EA9-2409-4 Job Functions: Analyze current warranty and policy spend trends to quantify the opportunity for new standard repair times to be established, and provide recommendations to management Support the kickoff and implementation of a customer portal to be able to provide rich marketing and service content more effectively to customers the way they need it today Develop and implement standard procedures for launching field actions, in order to drive marked efficiency improvements Develop an understanding of the service communications development process at Peterbilt, and recommend changes to improve cross-divisional processes Additional tasks as assigned or based on interests and aptitude Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a BS/BA or Masters program in engineering, business or a related field. Demonstrated PC skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel); prior experience using Access database system a plus. Automotive experience/interest preferred. Excellent organizational/communication skills.
