Responsibilities Req ID: 41744 Supply Chain Management intern opportunity for a college student to learn about the Allina Health organization, apply education to a Supply Chain role, and conduct a project or set of tasks that will help enable Allina Health's mission. The skillsets of the intern will be matched with a specific project and/or a cross-functional team for a duration of 10 weeks beginning in June. Education Current 3rd or 4th year student obtaining Bachelor Degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field. Qualification/Skills Develops collaborative partnerships across departments and business units. Able to take initiative to become more knowledgeable about Allina's business and the healthcare industry trends. Challenges others thinking to create effective and efficient work processes. Adapts quickly to changing business and technology needs. Defines detailed requirements, analyzes business needs, and validates solution with the customer. Responsible for basic project planning and management. Troubleshoots complex situations and relationships. Ability to facilitate meetings.
