Copper Mountain Resort Cook (Peak Lodge) Summer 2018 in Killington, Vermont

Prepare food and lead food preparation and production tasks in a high volume pub and cafeteria kitchen setting.

Must be able to set up stations properly and prepare a wide variety of menu items in a sanitary and timely fashion. Requires the ability to follow methods of food preparation, precise portion controls, and presentation specifications. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs.
