This HR internship is within Bosch's North American corporate business excellence team. The team is focused on working with corporate and operational units to improve their business results and impact through organizational development, change management, agile working and other techniques, methods and tools.
Intern projects and responsibilities will include:
Working with business excellence team to develop messaging including change management methodologies
- Internally benchmarking change management methods with Bosch project management
Developing and implementing user-experience experiments to research and test messaging for change management strategic deployment
- Other day-to-day tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
Undergraduate and Graduate students will be considered (Prefer candidates working towards a degree in Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Business or Communications or an equivalent study)
Ideal candidate will have understanding of or exposure to change management methodologies and design thinking and qualitative problem-solving (vs quantitive problem-solving)
Must be an independent thinker, creative and not hesitant to suggest challenges, solutions or pose questions.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks for completion in a timely manner and with attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
32 - 40 hours per week
A minimum GPA of 3.0
