The Architecture Team is responsible for a wide breadth of work ranging from property acquisition through construction. Architecture’s role includes but is not limited to, research, analysis, programming, conceptual and schematic design, design development, and construction drawings, retail vision and tenant pre-leases, signage design, interiors, finishes, residential design, marketing and branding collateral. The focus of the Bedrock Architecture Team is the strategic redevelopment of the urban core, collaborating with both internal and external partners as design advocates at the every level of production.
Support Bedrock's architecture and urban design processes by providing great design, graphics, and rendering skills
Utilize Sketch-Up, AutoCAD, and Adobe software
Create conceptual diagrams, renderings, research presentations, development plans, building floor-plans, etc.
Be open to practicing architecture within a non-traditional, collaborative architecture team (although you will be working under a licensed architect in order to obtain IDP hours)
Be comfortable working in a fast paced real estate development environment
Pursing a bachelor's degree in architecture
Class standing: Junior or Senior
Must be able to provide work examples during interview process
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite with extensive knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and various other graphic software platforms
Must be available 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
