Qualification: Ability to troubleshoot, design/modify tooling in a manufacturing environment. Process development. Ability to interpret drawing and create processes to manufacture parts and tooling to engineering blue prints. Ability to interpret manufacturing inspection data to ensure product meets engineering blue prints Perform related duties as may be necessary to support the needs of the business. Good communication skills Ability to create work instructions for manufacturing use Demonstrate commitment to the EH&S and continuous improvement programs by complying with all policies and procedures, completing all required training, and supporting all applicable committee activities. Familiar with the following computer software: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, CAD/CAM software. Be able to follow written/verbal procedures and instructions. Possess good organizational skills. Follow all EH&S rules and guidelines. Support ACE and continuous improvement. Possess good people and communication skills.

Education: Current manufacturing/mechanical /engineering student.

Some experience in a manufacturing environment.
