AT&T Summer Intern 2018 - Developer for Account Executive & Sales Order Management Team in Bratislava, Slovakia

Are you interested to experience AT&T role where you would be responsible for data, resources and processes alignment across multiple AT&T functions and organizations? Do you want to become a part of the team that ensures seamless execution of pre- and post-sales support for AT&T corporate customers worldwide? We are looking for university students or fresh graduates who will be given an opportunity to work with our key clients IBM and DXC!

Roles and Responsibilities:

An Intern will support the Account Management Team / Sales Order Management Team to help with the assigned tasks and/or database cleanup activities during summer volume peak period. An Intern will work closely with the Account Manager to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and preparing reports.

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Preparing pricing proposal and sharing pricing with customer

• GeCEP opportunities closure

• Assisting with summer backup activities

• SLO report follow up with Technical Solution Architect Team

• Running reports based on department need

• DLP preparation based on department need

• 3pty order clean up activity

• TSD preparation for migration requests

• Team logistics handling

• Attending customer calls and team meetings

Education and Qualifications:

• Fluency in English is a must

• Customer orientation and client facing experience is an advantage

• Great interpersonal skills / clear communicator

• Ability to analyze and solve tasks and issues

• Efficiency / Good time management

• Good team player with positive attitude

Visual Basic, Microsoft SQL, C/ C++/ C#/ Excel macros

Additional Information:

Full-time, approx. 40 hours/weekly

Salary: from 6,25 euro per hour brutto

Duration: 3 months

Start date: June/July (based on candidate's university assignments)

The internship is financially compensated.
