Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Temporary, Part-time Summer Helper in our Accounting department. Responsibilities: Reconcile daily cash and debt accounts Prepare and enter general and sub ledger journal entries Maintain related company financial statements in QuickBooks Post entries to customer trade and note receivable accounts Assist the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments as needed Lock box posting Scanning Customer mailed checks Various document processing Qualifications: Accounting experience a plus, but not required Previous experience working in an office environment Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Able to work up to 28 hours per week Minimum Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.
