Azimuth Corporation Undergraduate Student Summer Internship in Beavercreek, Ohio

Discipline(s): Chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, polymer science/engineering, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electro-optics or related.


We are looking for qualified students to join our team at the Air Force Research Laboratory in the Materials and Manufacturing Directorate. Working at AFRL is a unique opportunity to solve important, long term challenges that guide research efforts in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This position is available for US citizens only to assist us in the research and development of stimuli-responsive materials.

Must be able to work in a flexible team environment, working cooperatively with other students, PhD researcher team members, and government technical directors. Task assignments may depend on experience, and may range from lab setup and equipment maintenance, to experiment preparation and monitoring, as well as other tasks depending on proficiency.


Currently pursuing undergraduate degree in one of the above disciplines, with anticipated graduation no earlier than May 2019.

Will work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
