Ecolab's Master Level HR Summer Internship Program provides a unique opportunity for HR interns to own a strategic project within an Ecolab operating division or corporate HR group. While varying by project, content of the position would include human capital analysis to assess the performance, goals, and strategies of our businesses and corporate HR groups. Concluding your 10-week internship, interns provide senior management, project stakeholders, work teams and alumni with a professional presentation sharing the project overview, findings and recommendations. As a Master Level Intern, you will participate in the Executive Lunch Series, Ecolab Lunch-and-Learn Series, customer and RD&E tours and a host of social and community give-back events. This program will allow you the opportunity to gain exposure to our senior leaders and network with your HR peers across the organization. The HR Leadership Internship Program serves as a direct pipeline to Ecolab's Human Resource Leadership Development Program, which develops individuals who possess long-term potential to serve as leaders across Ecolab. HRLDP Business Partners are placed into one of Ecolab's many divisions/functions and will complete 3 rotations, each lasting 1.5- 2 years in length, depending on assignment needs and performance. In order to maximize full growth potential, each HRLDP Business Partner will have a unique and customized rotational plan based on his/her experience, strengths, opportunity areas and interests. QUALIFICATIONS Currently pursuing a Master level degree with a concentration in HR Anticipated graduation date of May/June 2019 A minimum of four years of business (or military) experience required. Prior HR experience a plus PREFERRED SKILLS Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive self, lead others and provide guidance to senior leaders Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
